County Custody and Records
For current Worcester County custody or a narrowly described sheriff’s record, contact WCSO directly. Its Public Records Access Officer is the proper route for a booking sheet or a retained and releasable booking image. Availability is not guaranteed.

Municipal Police Records
The arresting city may hold the incident or arrest record even if custody later moves to WCSO. Worcester Police Records is 508-799-8630, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Leominster Police Records routes through 978-534-7560. Fitchburg Police Records is 978-345-9643, and its Police RAO is 978-345-9646 or PoliceRecordsRequest@police.fitchburgma.gov. WPD Policy 305 limits ordinary release of arrested-person police pictures.
Courts and Other Custody
Ask the issuing court’s clerk about a warrant, docket, or disposition. State-prison custody belongs with the Massachusetts Department of Correction. Federal custody belongs with the appropriate BOP, ICE, U.S. Marshals, or federal court channel. An arrest or charge is an accusation, and the court disposition records the outcome.
